A Review of Current Research on the Effects of PROGESTERONE

A Review of Current Research on the Effects of PROGESTERONE

A 1997 review of a documented annotated research article1concludes that much is known about the effects of progesterone on the uterus but that the effects of progesterone on bone, breast tissue, and the brain are poorly understood. In this article, we review the effects of progesterone on bone, breast tissue, the brain, and the circulatory system in humans and in animal models.
