Registration; Roles; Rules:
When you apply to be a member here ,

To be a member you go to the ' create new account ' link right below the login in the left sidebar

, your request is sent to an administrator, and you are sent the first of two emails which contains a one time only login url , but you cannot use it untill you receive the email saying your account has been approved. While the procedure is , err, cumbersome , we ask for your patience in this sign up ; it is needed.

There are Four types of membership here -

'Guest'
'Authenticated'
'WOMAN'
'Administrators'

'Authenticated user'
Setting up a new account will initially get you listed as a 'Authenticated user' . Thats the first step, and its designed to allow you access to the new users forum where you are required to post an introduction before full access to WOMAN is enabled.

"Guest"
Invited only, guests can be given temp. access to various parts of this site.
'WOMAN'
Pretty well free access to the sites features . Features are growing all the time as we write up the How To chapters of the 'Site Pages ' book which explains just how to use the site. Eventually this group will have a great deal of autonomy and interactive control. WOMAN members have their own personal Blogs , access to the Forums , Books , and members section of the Gallery where they can build their own gallery with total control over permissions and access.
