Initial access to this site

New users of this site upon applying for an account , need to be authenticated by administration . When they are they will be assigned to an Authenticated users group. We give fair warning that strange usernames with equally strange email addresses are not likely to make it through our signon process and are very likely to be banned from any access to this site at all which includes the free access you can already see before you attempt to register an account here. We give fair warning also that its unlikely you will get in to this site if you use gmail hotmail or yahoo or any other number of free web based accounts. You'll need to use the contact form here if you need for some reason to use email addresses that will trigger our filters and use that form to communicate who you are and what you want clearly.
